For B2B businesses

Selling to businesses?
Close the gaps between enquiry and payment.

  • Manufacturers
  • Wholesalers & distributors
  • Exporters & industrial suppliers
  • B2B service firms
  • Brands that sell wholesale and direct

For manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and B2B service firms. Your sales move through enquiries, quotes, dealer orders and payment terms — usually spread across a marketplace inbox, WhatsApp, Excel and somebody’s memory. We connect those steps so each one has an owner, a record and a next action.

Three gaps we see most.
Each one you can check today.

No industry averages here. Every gap ends with a check you can run on your own numbers before you speak to anyone.

01

The first good reply wins the enquiry.

Marketplace and website enquiries often reach several suppliers at once. The one who calls back first, with the right answer, sets the terms. Yours waits until someone is free.

Check it yourself: take last week’s ten newest enquiries. Note how long each waited for a real reply, and how many never got one.

02

Dealer orders live in calls and chats.

Reorders arrive as a WhatsApp message, a voice note or a call to whoever picks up. There’s no record until someone types it in, and the stock, price and dispatch questions start again.

Check it yourself: count last month’s orders that arrived outside any system, and how many needed a second call.

03

Your sales team spends the day not selling.

Re-explaining specs, rebuilding quotes, updating the CRM after the fact, reminding customers about overdue invoices. Necessary work — just not the work you hired salespeople for.

Check it yourself: ask your sales team what they did yesterday. Mark the hours a customer would have noticed.

Know if we fit
before the call, not after.

Straight answer

Our own brands sell to consumers, not to businesses. What carries over is the build: calling flows, connected data, approved knowledge and a clean handover. Ask us to show the relevant workflow before you agree to anything.

Works around the tools you already use, such as Zoho, Tally, LeadSquared, HubSpot, IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets. We confirm each connection before we quote.

A good fit when

Enquiries or dealer orders arrive every week, follow-up depends on who remembers, and someone on your team can own the workflow.

Not yet if

You close a handful of large deals a year through relationships alone — software won’t move those — or you want someone to run your sales for you.

Bring last month’s enquiries and orders. In 30 minutes we’ll map where they stall between enquiry and payment, and which gap to close first.

Agree the first fix.
Build it. Test it. Hand it over.

Nothing gets built before you have seen the scope, the cost and who does what. We name the problem, the person who owns it, and the checks that say the workflow is ready. Your team signs off before rollout.

01

The leak audit.

30 minutes on the area you chose and the source material behind it. We name the leaks we can see and which one to close first.

Your leaks, ranked — yours to keep
02

The scope.

The workflow, the connections, the cost, and who does what. Written down and agreed before a single thing is built.

A fixed scope you approved
03

One workflow live.

We build and run the first workflow end to end, with your team, using agreed checks, monitoring and a clear route for exceptions.

A tested workflow and written handover
04

Then the next one.

We add the next module only once the last is holding. You approve each step, you keep the agreed deliverables, and further work needs a new approval.

A layer that grows at your pace

Scope, costs and responsibilities are agreed in writing before implementation — further work starts only with your approval.

The part everyone
is actually worried about.

Not whether it works. Whether you get stuck with it — an open-ended retainer, a system you cannot run without us, accounts you do not own. Here are the 3 commitments in plain terms, before you have to ask.

  1. 30 minutes. Zero cost. Zero commitment.

We name the leaks we can see and which one to close first. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear that instead of a proposal.

  2. 1 fixed scope, in writing, before anything is built.

What is included, what it costs, what your team does, what we do, and what happens at handover. No open-ended retainer, and no scope that grows quietly.

  3. 100% of it is built in your accounts.

Your Shopify, your ad accounts, your domains, your data, your workflows. You keep your accounts and agreed deliverables. Handover identifies the subscriptions, licences and maintenance needed to keep them running.

Not sure which workflow to start with? That is what the free 30-minute audit is for — we rank them for you.

Questions B2B teams ask first.

You run consumer brands. Why trust you with B2B work?

Fair question. What carries over is the build — calling flows, connected data, approved knowledge and handover — not B2B sales experience. So we show you the relevant workflow before scoping, agree the scope and checks in writing, and build in your own accounts.

Will it work with Tally, Zoho or our ERP?

It depends on what your system allows. Tally, for example, supports data exchange but often runs on a local machine. We check each connection, agree which system holds the master record, and confirm limits before we quote. We do not ask you to replace your tools first.

Can an AI caller handle technical buyer questions?

Only from the approved material you give it. The call asks your qualifying questions and answers routine ones; anything outside that material goes to a named person on your team, with the call notes attached.

Is Shopify suitable for a dealer or wholesale store?

Sometimes. Shopify now includes core B2B features — company accounts, quantity rules, payment terms and a limited number of price catalogues — on its standard plans, with more on Shopify Plus. If your pricing or approval rules are complex, an ERP portal or a WhatsApp ordering flow may suit you better. We say which before quoting.

Can you remind our buyers about overdue payments?

Yes, for invoices they owe you, in wording you approve, from numbers registered to your business. Disputes and sensitive accounts go to your team. Your legal adviser should confirm the calling and messaging rules for your sector.
