Order Operations for D2C brands
We connect order data, cash-on-delivery confirmation calls and failed-delivery follow-ups, so your team spends the day on exceptions instead of chasing every order by hand.

Where the leak starts
Cash-on-delivery confirmations wait, failed-delivery follow-ups happen late, stock changes live in several places and people spend the day copying updates. The dashboard says growth while the team feels the drag.
Your volume has outgrown spreadsheets, and every festive spike costs you a week of firefighting.
Orders, stock, brands and follow-up calls handled by one system, so your team spends the day on exceptions instead of on everything.
Give every brand and channel one reliable order view.
Route routine calls through an approved flow, with exceptions for your team.
Remove repetitive copying, updating and chasing between tools.

Scope cash-on-delivery confirmation, failed-delivery follow-up, cart recovery or feedback calls. Confirm language support, call rules and human handoff before launch.
The repetitive work between your tools — the copying, the updating, the chasing — mapped into a workflow with logs, exception rules and a named owner.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Cash-on-delivery confirmations sit in a spreadsheet. We map how orders enter the queue, which cases can follow an approved flow, and when a person needs to take over.
Illustrative use case, not a client result.
Your order and courier tools, sample order states, existing call scripts and an operations owner. Available connections and languages are confirmed first.
Review handling time, missed follow-ups and delivery outcomes against a baseline. A completed call does not guarantee a delivered order.

Mehul brings experience from our own brands, Sanskrutibydiorin and Diorin Demifine Jewellery. These are owned businesses, not independent client case studies. Ask to see a relevant workflow before agreeing to implementation.
Share your website, current tools and what keeps getting missed. In a free 30-minute call we discuss fit and next steps. You do not need to buy every service, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear that instead of a proposal.

No suitable time? Message Mehul ↗Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders need clear confirmation and exception handling. Return-to-origin (RTO) is a shipment that returns to the seller after an unsuccessful delivery. A non-delivery report (NDR) flags a failed attempt that may still be recoverable. These are different stages: an approved workflow should route each one to the right next action.
It checks the order details and purchase intent through an agreed communication flow, records the outcome and sends uncertain cases to a person. It should distinguish confirmed, unreachable, changed and cancelled orders before the next operational step.
No. Confirmation can address some intent and address problems, but delivery timing, courier performance and customer circumstances also affect RTO. We agree the language, calling flow and human handoff before implementing a supported connection.
We review your tools, permissions, available APIs and sample order states before promising an integration. The scope lists supported systems, recurring costs, exception handling and who owns routine checks.

Nothing gets built before you have seen the scope, the cost and who does what. We name the problem, the person who owns it, and the checks that say the workflow is ready. Your team signs off before rollout.
30 minutes on the area you chose and the source material behind it. We name the leaks we can see and which one to close first.
Your leaks, ranked — yours to keepThe workflow, the connections, the cost, and who does what. Written down and agreed before a single thing is built.
A fixed scope you approvedWe build and run the first workflow end to end, with your team, using agreed checks, monitoring and a clear route for exceptions.
A tested workflow and written handoverWe add the next module only once the last is holding. You approve each step, you keep the agreed deliverables, and further work needs a new approval.
A layer that grows at your paceScope, costs and responsibilities are agreed in writing before implementation — further work starts only with your approval.
Not whether it works. Whether you get stuck with it — an open-ended retainer, a system you cannot run without us, accounts you do not own. Here are the 3 commitments in plain terms, before you have to ask.
We name the leaks we can see and which one to close first. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
What is included, what it costs, what your team does, what we do, and what happens at handover. No open-ended retainer, and no scope that grows quietly.
Your Shopify, your ad accounts, your domains, your data, your workflows. You keep your accounts and agreed deliverables. Handover identifies the subscriptions, licences and maintenance needed to keep them running.
