Before you go deeper

Find the leak.
Or take the playbook.

Two ways to find where the money is going. Both free, neither needs your email.

No email gate. Pick what is useful.

For B2C & D2C brands

You won the order.
Now make sure it’s delivered — and paid.

  • D2C brands on Shopify
  • Marketplace sellers building their own site
  • Instagram & WhatsApp sellers
  • Shops and makers that also ship
  • Brands with festive or seasonal peaks

For brands that sell to consumers: on Shopify, on marketplaces, through Instagram and WhatsApp, or from a shop that also ships. Ad costs, cash on delivery and festive peaks all land on the same small team. We connect your store, orders and marketing so fewer sales slip between the click and the doorstep.

Three gaps we see most.
Each one you can check today.

No industry averages here. Every gap ends with a check you can run on your own numbers before you speak to anyone.

01

The ad worked. The page didn’t.

You paid for the visit. The shopper landed, couldn’t find the product or the proof they came for, and left. Now you pay again to retarget them.

Check it yourself: compare the add-to-cart rate on your five busiest landing pages with your store’s overall conversion rate.

02

Booked on the dashboard. Returned at the door.

A COD order nobody confirmed. A failed delivery nobody chased on day one. The parcel comes back, you pay shipping both ways, and the dashboard still counted a sale.

Check it yourself: take last month’s returns to origin and multiply by your forward and return shipping cost.

03

Festive week runs on WhatsApp and willpower.

Address changes, “where is my parcel?” and order questions pile into chats at the exact moment the team should be packing. The peak ends; the same scramble waits for the next one.

Check it yourself: count last festive week’s messages that were about an order you already had.

Know if we fit
before the call, not after.

Calls your customers expect

Our calls are about orders your customers have already placed — never cold selling. Before anything goes live, you approve the script, languages, calling hours and the point where a person takes over.

A good fit when

Orders are already coming in, COD or returns are a real cost line, and each festive peak exposes the same gaps.

Not yet if

You’re still finding a product people want, or nobody on your team can own the workflow after handover.

Bring last month’s orders. In 30 minutes we’ll show you where they leaked — from landing page to doorstep — and which leak to close first.

Agree the first fix.
Build it. Test it. Hand it over.

Nothing gets built before you have seen the scope, the cost and who does what. We name the problem, the person who owns it, and the checks that say the workflow is ready. Your team signs off before rollout.

01

The leak audit.

30 minutes on the area you chose and the source material behind it. We name the leaks we can see and which one to close first.

Your leaks, ranked — yours to keep
02

The scope.

The workflow, the connections, the cost, and who does what. Written down and agreed before a single thing is built.

A fixed scope you approved
03

One workflow live.

We build and run the first workflow end to end, with your team, using agreed checks, monitoring and a clear route for exceptions.

A tested workflow and written handover
04

Then the next one.

We add the next module only once the last is holding. You approve each step, you keep the agreed deliverables, and further work needs a new approval.

A layer that grows at your pace

Scope, costs and responsibilities are agreed in writing before implementation — further work starts only with your approval.

The part everyone
is actually worried about.

Not whether it works. Whether you get stuck with it — an open-ended retainer, a system you cannot run without us, accounts you do not own. Here are the 3 commitments in plain terms, before you have to ask.

  1. 30 minutes. Zero cost. Zero commitment.

We name the leaks we can see and which one to close first. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear that instead of a proposal.

  2. 1 fixed scope, in writing, before anything is built.

What is included, what it costs, what your team does, what we do, and what happens at handover. No open-ended retainer, and no scope that grows quietly.

  3. 100% of it is built in your accounts.

Your Shopify, your ad accounts, your domains, your data, your workflows. You keep your accounts and agreed deliverables. Handover identifies the subscriptions, licences and maintenance needed to keep them running.

Not sure which workflow to start with? That is what the free 30-minute audit is for — we rank them for you.

Questions B2C brands ask first.

Will customers mind an AI confirmation call?

The call is about an order they placed minutes or hours ago — not a sales pitch. You approve the script, languages and calling hours, and anyone who asks for a person is passed to your team. Calling numbers and consents stay in your business’s name.

We already use a COD or RTO app. Do we still need this?

Maybe not. If an app already confirms orders and your team handles the rest comfortably, keep it. We are useful when the work spans several tools — store, courier, calls and chats — and needs one flow with exception rules and a named owner. If an app is enough, the audit will say so.

We sell on marketplaces and Instagram too. Can those orders be included?

Where a channel gives access to its order data, yes. We confirm which marketplaces and tools can connect, and what has to stay manual, before we quote. Store conversion work itself focuses on Shopify.

Which languages can the calling agent use?

Languages are confirmed per project, after testing with your scripts and your customers. We do not promise a language until it has been tested for your use.
