I run the same operations you do.
I’m Mehul. I run two D2C brands and build the systems underneath them — store conversion, COD and delivery follow-up, marketing workflows. MlabsGrowth is me building that same layer for other brands, and explaining how it works so your team can run it.
The questions came
from our own operations.
Seasonal products and jewellery create different kinds of pressure. Orders need confirming. Stock needs checking. Marketing needs context. And when a workflow gets stuck at 9pm on a festive weekend, somebody still has to decide what happens next.
That is why we do not open with a tool. We start with one recurring problem, check the tools and data actually behind it, and agree what a useful improvement would look like before anything is built.
